Your child has worked hard this year and learned a lot. Research shows that students easily lose a couple of months' work of skills, especially in math, during the summer break. We don't want this to happen to our students.  We will continue to strengthen skills necessary for the next grade. Students are encouraged to read AR books during the summer. Students will have the opportunity to come to school to take AR tests. OLPS will be open from 11:00 - 1:00 for AR testing on the following dates:

• June 11
• June 20
• July 11
• July 30

Students will earn points toward their AR goal for the 1st 9 weeks. All Summer Bridge AR testing is to be completed before the start of school.
